Mary of Magdala Community - Leadership & Ministries

The Mary of Magdala community depends solely upon donations from attendees at mass for use of the space at Trinity Lutheran Church, honorariums for the presiding priests and any other related expenses.  Our part-time pastoral director, deacon and administrative assistance are contracted, and we depend upon the generosity of volunteers for the majority of the day-to-day work required to build a church community.

The community's governing document is its constitution, approved in April, 2013.  A Leadership Council meets  eight times annually to chart the course of the community. (January, February, March, April, May, September, November, and December.) Meetings are open to any community member who would like to attend.

All our ministries, committees and volunteer groups are always open for new members. These are hospitality, liturgy, music, finance, education, communication, social justice,  Interfaith Council and fundraising. (Click here for more information.) You can also pick up information about the community at the Welcome Table in the foyer before and after mass on Sunday evenings.
